Network, Connect, and Celebrate the Year with BOLD

It’s the end of 2014. BOLD is taking time to reflect on this year’s focus on “The Future of Work” and leading/navigating change, and how we can be even more committed to your success in the Life Sciences. In doing so, we invite you to take the time to reflect on your successes over the year, review your goals for 2015, and share your lessons learned while reconnecting to your BOLD life science colleagues.

How will we do all this? By applying the World Cafe method.

 World cafe

Deborah Bonzell, L&D professional (and dedicated BOLD member!), will provide an overview of the World Cafe method, share how other companies have used this format to cultivate conversations that matter, and facilitate the overall process for this event.

The facilitator-led discussion groups will be centered around two themes - looking back and looking forward, and four topics. This will be the opportunity not only for you to learn, but also contribute to the conversation. Throughout the evening, we will focus on strengthening networks where BOLD members get to know each other better and learning through good ideas to help us continue to improve in our work and careers.

During this event, you will be able to:
•    Celebrate the BOLD community
•    Access BOLD leaders and meet new professionals in the field
•    Reflect on the lessons-learned in 2014
•    Exchange ideas with other practitioners
•    Learn how others are moving their business forward

Attend this collaborative and highly interactive session, listen to HR/Talent and OE best practices, learn about what has been both inspiring and challenging, and how BOLD’s programs have benefited fellow practitioners in a fun-filled exchange.

•    Save the Date: Thursday, December 4th
•    Time: 4:00 - 6:30 pm
